Contracts with Castle Properties

We offer extremely flexible contracts. We can accommodate from one week to long-term tenancies. 

 All bedrooms can  be part or fully furnished with many including En-Suite facilities.

Safety is taken extremely seriously at Castle Properties. We have our own in-house maintenance staff. All shared accommodation properties have fire doors, relevant fire extinguishers, and the relevant mains smoke and heat detectors, with larger properties having full hotel-style fire systems. Weekly safety checks are carried out by our own staff. Electrical, Gas and PAT testing are also carried out on each individual property.

Tenancies start from a six-month assured shorthold tenancy.

Moving

We can even help with your move, by supplying transport and staff if required which will be charged depending on the level required. This is definitely your one stop letting company.
